I am an assistant professor in the Department of Philosophy at Paris Ouest University, where I am co-head of the Master Program in Philosophy. Most of my research pertains to "formal philosophy", meaning that I like to use formal methods in philosophical investigation, but my abstract leanings as a logician are tempered due to my continuous exposure to empirical data within the Department of Cognitive Studies (DEC). I have been working in the philosophy of logic, inquiring into the nature of logic, and in epistemology, on issues regarding knowledge, vagueness and reflection principles. I now have a growing interests in issues regarding judgement aggregation and the use of logical tools in order to improve collective deliberation. I am teaching various classes in logic, philosophy of science and philosophy of mind at Paris Ouest and at ENS.
